COMPANY POLICY IS "NO REFUNDS" ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED.
It has become a problem the past couple of months with orders being cancelled after they are placed and it needs to be understood everything is custom made for each customer and therefore can not be cancelled.
It appears that possibly because of the state of the economy an order is placed and then the customer seems to decide they should not have spent the money. PLEASE GIVE THIS SERIOUS CONSIDERATION BEORE PLACING YOUR ODRER. THANK YOU.
