Shipping
       Shipping is included on some items. If not included please email for a quote to your zip code. Items are securely packaged and sent Priority Mail , FedX Ground or Freight depending on the item.
Insurance is included on all items. "Shipping Included" refers to USA shipping only.
Cart Shipping
       Our carts are shipped truck freight. Delivery is approximately 4 -6 weeks. Shipping for the metal pleasure cart & oak easy entry cart in mini & pony sizes ranges from 75.00 - 145.00 in the U.S via FedX Ground. Shipping for Meadowbrook's & the Oak Easy Entry cart in Draft, Horse & Cob  will be quoted PRIOR TO PURCHASE. NO REFUNDS ON ANY CART OR WAGON OR BUGGIES AND HARNESS -  ITEM ADJUSTMENT ONLY, SUCH AS HARNESS SHOULD IT NOT FIT. 
Depending on location delivery might be possible at a more reasonable time frame.
Carts, Wagons (Furniture etc.)  average 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. Special order items 8 - 10 weeks delivery.
Harness Shipping
          Our harness and tack will be shipped  FedX Ground.
Shipping will be quoted to buyer's zip code. If harness is in stock it will be shipped within 3 - 7 days. If not in stock shipping will be approximately 4 - 6 weeks. Harness available in Draft, Horse, Cob, Pony and Mini-Horse size. Special order accepted to meet your specific needs. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE .  Harness can be returned for adjustment for fit at the customers shipping expenses.
Harness can be made to your specific measurements, at no additional cost, to insure fit.

Return Policy
          If you find a defect in any product we will gladly replace it once the item has been returned by customer in the condition received and original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Damaged item will be paid through the shippers insurance. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Customer must notify Nikki's Pony Express via email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or defective item at which time
arrangements will be made for exchange of item. It is our goal to offer 100% customer satisfaction and can only do so with customer notification within 24 hours of any defective or damaged item.

NO RFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CARTS, WAGONS, BUGGIES,OR TACK. ONCE ORDER IS PLACED SALE IS FINAL.
